License of use

These terms govern access to and use of the unPisPas website and services. By using them, you accept these terms. We recommend that you review them periodically, as they may be updated.

2. Purpose and acceptance

This license governs access to and use of the cloud-based point-of-sale (POS) software and the associated services that unPisPas makes available to you, as well as the website. By registering or using the service, you declare that you are of legal age, have the legal capacity to contract, and have read and accepted these terms in full.

3. License of use

unPisPas grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the service in your business for the duration of your subscription. This license does not entail the transfer of any ownership rights over the software and is limited to the purposes set out in these terms.

4. Registration and account

To access certain features you must create an account and provide truthful, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity carried out from your account and those of your staff. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

5. User obligations

You undertake to make lawful use of the service and, in particular, not to:

  • share your credentials with unauthorised third parties or allow improper access;
  • copy, decompile, modify or reverse-engineer the software, except to the extent permitted by law;
  • introduce malicious code, overload the infrastructure or interfere with the operation of the service;
  • use the service for unlawful purposes or purposes that infringe third-party rights.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the data entered and for compliance with your legal and tax obligations arising from your activity.

6. Service availability

We work to provide a stable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or the complete absence of errors. We may carry out maintenance or update tasks that temporarily suspend access, seeking to minimise their impact.

7. Third-party services

The service may integrate with external providers (for example, payment gateways or electronic invoicing services). The use of such services is governed by their own terms and policies, and unPisPas is not responsible for their operation or availability.

8. Subscription, prices and payments

The financial terms, the subscription plan and the payment method are those agreed when contracting the service. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or cancellation of access, without prejudice to any amounts that become due.

9. Intellectual property

All software, the brand, the design and the contents of the service are owned by unPisPas (Gekkotech, S.L.) or its licensors and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. The data and contents you enter into the system remain your property; you authorise us to process them solely to provide the service to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, unPisPas shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of data, loss of profit or interruptions arising from the use of, or the inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or cancel access to the service in the event of breach of these terms. You may unsubscribe in accordance with the terms of your subscription. On termination, and unless there is a legal obligation to retain the data, you may request the export of your data within the periods we indicate to you.

12. Data protection

Personal data are processed in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. You can find out how we process your information and exercise your rights in our Privacy policy.

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, and unless consumer regulations provide otherwise, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Bilbao (Bizkaia).

14. Changes and contact
